Hotel, Restaurant and Café in Lussan

Today we are delighted to be creating Maison Gramme, a project we thought up a few years ago, on Rue Gramme, our first address in Paris, which gives its name to this adventure. At the time, we were at the beginning of our hotel career. Since then, our experience in a number of top-of-the-range establishments has taught us to be demanding, rigorous and, above all, versatile.

After ten years' experience in the business, including managing a hotel, we wanted to bring our project to fruition. We were also lucky enough to travel to several countries and discover some very fine establishments, which inspired us to build a project that was just like us.

This project is also a link with the Gard, a region we know well and where we got married. We're delighted to be setting up here, in Lussan, in a building full of charm, to offer local, seasonal cuisine with a southern flavour, and a comfortable hotel experience.
We designed Maison Gramme around three simple but essential values: comfort, quality and conviviality.
