Terms and conditions

Booking and deposit

For all bookings at Maison Gramme, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required in order to validate the booking. This deposit is payable by bank transfer. The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival.

No right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-21-8-12° of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L.121-21 of the same code.

Cancellation policy

- Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.

- In the event of cancellation between 14 and 5 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be retained.

- Less than 5 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged and is non-refundable.

- In the event of early departure, the full amount of the stay remains payable.

Arrival and departure times

Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 8pm.

Departures must take place before 11am.

Breakfast and tourist tax:

Breakfast is €15 per person per day.

Tourist tax is €1 per person per day, payable on site.

Complaints and mediation

After contacting the Maison Gramme management team, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 15 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on the website: www.mtv.travel.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the competent consumer mediator, i.e. the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.
